The thread pretty much explains itself so what do you think is the worst video game to movie adaptation ever*? It's all your opinion, however I would note that bad (but laughable) and bad (unwatchable) are a different type of bad.
I think I would probably have to go with Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. That sucked ass on a whole 'nother level that most movies should never strive for.
* Denotes movies NOT directed or written by Uwe Boll because that's just not even fair.

MK:A is pretty attrocious. Street Fighter is a miserable mess. It's hard to pick just one, especially if Uwe Boll is not part of the discussion. Most of the Resident Evil films suck a big one also.

Alone in the Dark made me feel pretty uncomfortable. And Max Payne, of course, though I don't think the game is as good as people make it out to be.

though I don't think the game is as good as people make it out to be. I could just feel my bottom lip quivering when I saw that...

Oh no, I'm sorry. The gameplay is awesome, but his constant moaning almost killed me.

I can be polite from time to time, you know...
But, I stand by my selection of Mortal Kombat: Annihilation which was complete and utter balls.

Have to agree. Mario sucks balls, but it's a mess you stare in awe at.
All Mortal Kombat: Annihilation has is this...
Yep. Jax punching a bad CGI monsters in the ass. Repeatedly.

And, in the end, isn't that all that counts?
Remind me again, though, why Jax got his metal arms in this one? In the original, his arms were perfectly normal for the 12 seconds (inside joke) that he was actually in the movie.

If I remember correctly, they use those atlasphere balls to go to the hospital and Jax is there with metal arms. Boo-bam, perfect sense to me.

Sure... That does make perfect sense. Why wasn't this movie universally acclaimed?

Apparently, it'd be like the good version of "Jack & Jill"? Right? Yes?
