"And, I'd have to say, 'Ouch for Charisma Carpenter.'"

I really felt for her in Expendables.

Wow, comparing Hathaway to Charisma Carpenter. Hathaway's stupid face must have cut you deep at one point in life...

Yeh I know what you mean. That whole lovely cutesy princess fairy butterfly hippie thing...
Still, it/she won't stop me from watching the movie.
I usually don't bother with trailers, sneak previews etc. The less I know about a movie before watching it the better. Recently watched "13" without knowing much more than the title and that Jason Statham was in it. Was great fun trying to work out what the hell was going on there for a while....

So with the new trailer out, the rumors are flying about who Joseph Gordon-Levitt is in the film. With the new trailer, a lot is shown of him. Will he be Robin (even though Christopher Nolan said Robin would not appear in his trilogy) or maybe take over as Batman if Bruce Wayne happens to be killed or taken out of commission. I'll admit, the newest trailer is the best so far, in my opinion, but the excitement factor hasn't hit yet. The trailer is below.

This trailer felt quite weird. I mean, it was nearly silent for the first 40 seconds. What summer action movie does that? But, we did see lots of things in it, but I also agree. That excitement isn't there yet, which is odd.

I'm hoping the subdued excitement helps in terms of me enjoying it more. If the level of excitement is tempered, the film can certainly surpass my mild expectations.

Hannah you know i agree with you on Anne too ... I never have been a face of her and her bug ears and peanut head. It made me giggle that you said you've never been a "face" of hers rather than a "fan" of hers (which is probably what you meant) but then talked about how much her face sucks. Achtung! Freudian slip! ;D ps. Hi Johnny. <3

All that needs to be said:
{In a muffled, helium-laced Eastern-European accent) "Your punishment must be more severe."

Rookie Cop I really like seeing him in movies now that he's all grown up. It's always good to see a "child actor" making a career once they move on from the sitcom or whatever they started out in. The first think I saw him in since 3RD Rock from the sun was the slightly odd-ball movie Brick, and I kept trying to work out where I knew him from.... ;D Just saw a preview for another movie where he's in the lead and plays an assassin or something who has to kill his 30 year older self, played by Bruce Willis. That looks pretty sweet. I hope he keeps getting more big roles in films.
